Sanyu Hair Growth Balm

Chebe heritage. Signature oil science. Joy.

R 189,00R 250,00First Batch · −24%

Chebe comes from women in Chad who kept their hair long before length retention was a category — who ground the leaves, folded them into shea, pressed the mixture into strands they would tend for years. We carried that practice forward and folded in our own: eight cold-pressed and slow-steeped botanicals from the Signature Oil, blended directly into every batch. What emerges is not a balm and an oil working side by side. It is one thing — dense, herb-warm, deliberate — that seals, protects, and over weeks, quietly transforms. The 300g jar is for those who know they will not stop.

The Practice

01

Take a small amount — it melts almost immediately between your fingers. Begin at the ends, the oldest and most weathered part of your hair, smoothing upward toward the root. Seal the root last, pressing the balm in with intention. Twist, braid, or wrap. Leave overnight if you can. In the morning, your hair will remember why you started.

Scent

Warm chebe and shea butter first, rounded and earthy, then something greener rising from the herbs — rosemary, fenugreek, a whisper of clove. Like a garden at the edge of dusk.

Molecule to strand.

Every drop earns its place by what it does — at the follicle, at the cortex, at the cuticle. Here is the same journey the oil makes, made visible.

The chemistry — Cold-infused lipids small enough to enter the shaft — not merely coat it.

The root — Fed at the follicle, in the soil of the scalp — where length is actually decided.
