Delivery options
At checkout you choose how to receive your order. Both run on our Pargo partner account:
Collect from your nearest Pargo Point — a local shop or store open extended hours. Pick your point on the map at checkout; we'll SMS you when it's ready to collect.
2–4 business days
Couriered straight to your address by Pargo's delivery partner, Skynet.
2–4 business days
In our home city we hand-deliver, on us — no minimum.
2–3 days
Free Pargo pickup unlocks automatically on orders over R 350,00. Delivery timeframes are estimates from dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Dispatch & tracking
Orders are hand-packed in East London and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. Once your waybill is booked you'll receive a Pargo tracking code by email — keep it to follow your parcel and, for pickup orders, to collect (bring your ID and the collection code Pargo sends you).
Returns
Because these are personal-care products, we can't accept returns of opened items unless they're faulty. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unopened and you've changed your mind within 7 days, we make returns easy through Pargo's self-service portal — drop the parcel at any Pargo Point near you.
Prefer a hand? Email hello@sanyubotanicals.co.za with your order number and a photo if the item is damaged. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days via your original payment method.
